3. See if the junction is flat. During handling and storage of spare parts, due to vibration and bumping, burrs, indentations, breakages, or cracks are often generated at the joints, affecting the use of parts. Please pay attention to inspection when purchasing.

4. See if there is any rust on the surface of the part. Qualified parts surface, both a certain degree of precision and bright finish, the more important parts, the higher the precision, the more stringent rust-proof and anti-corrosion packaging. Should pay attention to inspection when purchasing, if found parts of rusty spots, mold spots or rubber pieces cracking, loss of elasticity, or the surface of the journal has a clear turning pattern, should be exchanged.

5. See if the protective surface is intact. Most parts are coated with a protective layer at the factory. For example, the piston pin and the bearing bush are protected by paraffin; the surface of the piston ring and the cylinder liner are coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped in wrapping paper; valves, pistons, and other impregnated anti-rust oils are sealed in plastic bags. If damage to the sealing sleeve, loss of wrapping paper, loss of rust-proof oil or paraffin is found during purchase, it shall be returned.

6. See if the glued parts are loose. The fittings made of two or more parts are assembled by pressing, gluing or welding. No loosening phenomenon is allowed between them. For example, the plunger of the oil pump and the adjusting arm are assembled by pressing; The clutch driven wheel and the steel plate are riveted together. The friction plate and the steel plate are riveted or glued together. The filter frame of the paper filter and the filter paper are glued together; the thread of the electrical equipment is welded. If it is found to be loose during purchase, it should be exchanged.

7. See if the rotating parts are flexible. When selecting an oil pump or other rotating parts assembly, turn the pump shaft by hand and feel that there is no slippage; when choosing the rolling bearing, one hand supports the inner ring of the bearing, the other hand turns the outer ring, and the outer ring should be able to rotate freely, and then Gradually stop. If the rotating parts do not rotate smoothly, it means that the internal corrosion or deformation, do not buy.

8. Look for missing parts in the assembly. Formal assembly components must be complete in order to ensure a smooth assembly and normal operation. The missing individual parts on some assembly components will make the assembly components unable to work or even be scrapped.
