The Dragon car equipped with a dCi11 engine has increasingly become the customer's preferred model and has become the main profit growth point for Dongfeng commercial vehicles. Since the second half of last year, dCi11 engine orders have continued to climb. In order to seize opportunities and meet the needs of the market and customers, commercial vehicle engine plants have taken various measures to increase production capacity.
It is understood that the dCi11 engine has an annual capacity of 30,000 units to be upgraded in the second phase and is progressing smoothly. The cylinder 3 automatic lines and 14 machining centers have been installed and are being debugged; 2 cylinder head automatic lines and 10 machining centers are stepping up installation and commissioning. The official capacity of 30,000 units was formed in August.
