On May 11th, the reporter visited the stamping, welding, painting, assembly and assembly lines that condensed the decades of production experience and management wisdom of China National Heavy Duty Truck. Highly automated press-welding production lines, energy-saving and environmentally friendly coating lines, and busy and orderly assembly lines have given the reporter a whole new look.
Reporters at the press shop noticed that except for the transfer of large-scale panels with a small number of workers performing on-site operations, all other feeding and punching operations were completed by robots and presses. The robots in each station have independent control cabinets and color display screens. Operators can easily adjust and modify operating procedures, and have functions such as free-form press-turning and automatic replacement of the end pickers. The person in charge told the reporter that the automation level of the press line has not only greatly increased the production efficiency, but also made the stamping part more stable. It is said that this is the first fully automated press line in China's heavy truck industry. The production line is put into use, which is a major step forward for the equipment level of China's heavy truck companies.
In the welding shop, robots are everywhere. As an important part of the national "863" plan for "heavy-vehicle integrated development technology", the welding line has created good conditions for building a high-quality Haoyu A7 cab. High efficiency and automation are the highlights of the welding production line. It is understood that in order to ensure the collinear production of different models on the Haoyue A7 basic model, the transmission equipment and fixtures of the welding line adopt flexible design, and the flexible production of different models is achieved through electrical control.
In the painting shop, the reporter saw the operation of the painting line through a large, bright glass. According to reports, the investment of this painting production line is as high as 250 million yuan. Through the vehicle body identification system, it can realize the automatic identification of cabs, the management of information statistics reports, and the separation of topcoats. The whole process is automatically monitored. The production line information management system can be docked with the production scheduling management system and has a high level of automation control.
"This production line embodies the concept of green, energy saving, environmental protection and health." The person in charge of the painting shop told the reporter that the characteristics of the coating line are high spraying speed, wide range, excellent quality and high coating utilization rate. Prior to coating, non-phosphorus degreasing agent and less slag phosphating agent are used to minimize coating phosphorus pollution. The application of eco-friendly electrophoretic coating, combined with the large-angle swing of fixtures of Dafu in Japan, ensures good anti-corrosion performance inside and outside the cab. The use of multi-stage filtration backwashing technology has enabled the efficient recovery of electrophoretic paint and near-zero-pollution discharge of cleaning water.
The process layout of the paint shop is also remarkable, which has created the best record of investment utilization, production area utilization, and space utilization of similar paint lines in the country. The person in charge told the reporter that the paint shop can complete the painting of a cab every 4 minutes.
During the visit, the reporter encountered a transport company in Qingdao. They originally planned to buy 100 Haohe heavy trucks, and they saw the Haoqi A7 when they visited the site. They said that Haoyao A7 is not "becoming famous" and seeing such an advanced production line is becoming more and more interested in Haoqi A7.
