How Directional Pickups Use POE Power

POE refers to the technology of providing DC power for such devices while transmitting data signals for some IP-based terminals without any changes to the existing Ethernet Cat.5 cabling infrastructure. POE, also known as LAN-based power supply system or active Ethernet, sometimes also referred to as Power over Ethernet, is the latest standard specification for the simultaneous transmission of data and electrical power using existing standard Ethernet transmission cables, and is maintained with existing ones. Therefore, the premise of POE power supply: There must be a power supply (generally a POE switch). Most of the current POE power supply equipment on the market is 48 V DC.
In principle, directional pickups cannot be directly powered by POE because most of the pickups on the market are powered by 12V. In addition, the pickups (analogues) must rely on the webcam as a transmission and therefore cannot be designed to fit RJ45 sockets. Therefore, if you use POE to power the pickups, you must use some transformation equipment.
POE separator: The POE separator is opposite to the POE power supply and separates data signals from power.
The current that separates the data from the power can supply power to the pickup, and the data continues to connect to the network camera. If the separated current supplies only one pickup, then it loses the meaning of POE power supply, so in order to power the pickup and the camera at the same time, other accessories are needed.
At present, the POE power supply has very obvious advantages in weak current monitoring systems. At the same time, because the effect of the splitter is different, in the course of separating the power supply and the signal, some of the splitters may not be able to provide a clean power supply for the pickups, which may affect the pickup (problems such as current noise). So it is very important to use POE to select the separator

Working principle:

Horizontal Ribbon Blender consist of U-shaped barrel, agitator, speed reducer and electric motor .Untwist double ribbon are swirled  with the main shaft in the U shape barrel.
