Transformer comprehensive tester is a high-performance experimental instrument. It is a voltmeter characteristic of current transformer specially designed for electromechanical protection test. It can be used to determine the polarity of transformers. The instrument adopts high efficiency and low consumption, and a special booster. First, the transformer tester test method
1. Check that the current transformer has no grounding point.
2. The user selects the input voltage appropriately according to the volt-ampere characteristics of the device under test. When a voltage of more than 500V is required to be output, a voltage of 380V should be input.
3. Ground the instrument reliably.
4. Turn switch “16” to volt.
5. Instrument output and voltage measurement are connected to the secondary side of the current transformer
6. Check if the regulator is zeroed. Open the “24” switch and press the reset button. The indicator above it is on, and the microprocessor is waiting for storage.
7. Turn on the output switch 4 and slowly turn the pressure regulator clockwise. Press the memory button when it needs to be stored. 8. Up to 20 sets of current and voltage values ​​can be stored.
9. Regulator zeroed after storage.
10. Press the Print button to print out test data and volt-ampere characteristic bitmaps. The voltage axis is divided into three ranges and the range selection is automatic. A range is automatically selected according to the maximum value of the sampling voltage:
0-199V represents 10V
200V-499V represents 25V per cell
500V-2000V represents 50V per cell
The current axis is divided into two ranges and the range selection is automatic. A certain range is automatically selected according to the maximum value of the sampling current.
0-7A represents 0.25V per cell
7A-40A represents 0.5A per cell
11. Press the reset button to reset and repeat the test.
12. After the test is completed, disconnect the "4" switch and the "24" switch and pull out the connection cable.
II. Precautions
1. Before the voltage regulator switch and output switch are in the open position, the wiring box can be disconnected.
2. The device should be grounded reliably before the test.
3, current transformer secondary coil should not have a ground point.
4. When the experiment is finished, it should be returned to zero in time, and it is forbidden to stay for a long time under high voltage and high current.
