This method can achieve stepless adjustment. The adjustment is convenient and time-saving, and does not need to stop, but the disadvantage is that the size and weight of the machine are increased, and it is not easy to adjust the level, and the bracket and the connecting rod are twisted, so the adjusting device is only suitable for the small and medium-sized jaw crusher. This type of adjustment device is often used in complex oscillating crushers.

Cause: The spring tension is insufficient or damaged, and the thrust plate support pad is worn.

Removal method: adjust the spring tension or replace the spring, and replace the support pad or thrust plate.

Elimination: Re-scrape or replace the bushing.

4. Broken product size increase

Cause: The lower part of the broken tooth plate is seriously worn.

Elimination method: adjust the discharge port, reduce the size of the discharge port, or replace the broken tooth plate by 180 ° or replace the new tooth plate.

5. After the iron is over, the support will stop swinging, the connecting rod will swing back and forth, and the pull rod spring will be relaxed.

Cause: The thrust plate is broken or the rivet is cut when the iron is over.

6. The thrust plate falls off the support pad

Cause: The lever or lever spring is damaged and the lever nut is tripped.

Elimination: Replace the damaged parts and reinstall the thrust plate.

7. The flywheel swings significantly and the eccentric shaft rotates slowly.

Cause: The coupling of the pulley and the eccentric shaft is loose or damaged.

Elimination method: Replace the joint key.

8. The rolling bearing heats up.

Causes and elimination methods: If the oil quantity is insufficient, it should be added; if the oil quality is not good, oil needs to be changed; if the assembly is too tight, it should be adjusted; if the belt is too tight, it should be loosened.

9. The host will not turn after the power is turned on.

Cause: The motor burned or was broken, and the belt was too loose.
