First of all, to understand the use of PTFE in steel-lined PTFE high-temperature storage tanks lined with PTFE tanks and F4 tanks lined with steel. The full name of tetrafluoroethylene is PTFE. Polytetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as F or PTFE), commonly known as plastic king, is one of the most corrosion-resistant substances in the world today. It is an ideal material for manufacturing chemical anti-corrosion equipment. The steel-lined PTFE storage tank processed by our company is a process in which PTFE powder is processed and cut. The PTFE powder is processed into 3mm PTFE plates. The temperature range of this material itself is -30-250°C. However, when the PTFE plate is covered in the tank, glue is needed. We know that the glue is not resistant to the high temperature. The maximum is 120°C. Simply put, the construction process of steel-lined PTFE high-temperature storage tank steel lining PTFE tank products:
1. Tanks are shaped according to drawings;
2. Sand blasting and derusting treatment according to Sa2.5 grade requirements in the storage tank;
3. Sodium treatment of PTFE plates;
4. Brush the glue twice on the surface of the PTFE plate and the tank and make sure to brush evenly;
5. Apply a naturally air-dried PTFE plate over the surface of the tank;
6. V-shaped groove on the straight seam and the annular seam between the PTFE plate and the plate;
7. First welding with a 5mm PFA electrode in the V groove;
8. Flatten the welded round belt with the PTFE plate;
9. Then use 14mm PFA electrode to weld it again.
10. Use 15Kv electric spark detector to check the equipment as a whole;
11. Finished product storage.
